Welcome to UnaInk — your guide to a better home. We publish independent product reviews, side-by-side comparison roundups, and practical how-to guides covering every room in the house, the kitchen, and the home gym.
What We Do
Shopping for the home is noisy. There are hundreds of near-identical products in every category, thousands of reviews of wildly varying quality, and very little clear guidance on what actually matters. UnaInk exists to cut through that. We compare the real specifications, explain the trade-offs in plain language, and say which option suits which kind of household — so you can buy once and buy right.
What You’ll Find Here
- Product roundups: comparisons that put the leading options side by side, with the strengths and weaknesses of each spelled out.
- Buying guides: what the specifications mean, which features are worth paying for, and which are marketing.
- How-to guides: practical instructions for using, cleaning, maintaining, and getting more life out of what you already own.
How We Research
Our recommendations come from desk research, and we think it’s only fair to be clear about that. For every roundup we compare published specifications across brands and price points, track how models differ within a product line, read verified customer feedback at scale to find the failure patterns that show up after months of ownership, and check how each product holds up against the alternatives at its price.
We do not operate a testing lab, and we don’t claim to. What we offer is careful, thorough comparison research, clearly explained. When we don’t have enough information to make a confident recommendation, we say so rather than filling the gap with guesswork.
Editorial Independence
UnaInk earns affiliate commissions when readers buy through our links. That funding never determines which products we recommend or how we rank them. No brand can pay for placement, a higher position, or a better write-up on this site. If a popular product has a real weakness, we say so — that is the entire value of the site, and we are not trading it for a commission.
Every article is reviewed before publication, and our roundups are revisited as new models are released and older ones are discontinued.
Our Editorial Team
Articles on UnaInk are published under the editorial bylines below. Each byline represents a defined coverage area within our editorial team rather than an individual’s professional credentials, and the descriptions explain what that byline covers.
Garrett Vaughn is the founder and editor-in-chief of UnaInk. He sets the editorial direction across the site’s home, kitchen and home-gym coverage, and reviews roundups before they publish. His focus is making sure every recommendation explains the trade-offs plainly rather than simply ranking products.

His articles focus on weight ratings, footprint in a real room, floor and ceiling requirements, assembly demands and build quality — the details that decide whether equipment suits a garage or spare bedroom rather than a commercial floor.

Tobias Lang writes about tools, home improvement, storage and organisation, flooring and furniture. His content is aimed at readers weighing what a job requires before they buy, covering load ratings, installation requirements and where spending more genuinely pays off.
